• What is the largest rectangular neodymium magnets that you can produce (length x height x thickness) at N52 grade?
• N52 Grade, 80x50x30mm (magnetization across 30mm)

  

  Large Neodymium Ring Magnets

• In the past we have used 230mm OD x 30mm thick, cylindrical, axially magnetized N38 grade magnets. Can you produce larger magnet or at a higher grade?
• D230x30mm (N38 / magnetization across 30mm) is already the largest one we can make.
• I am in the process of designing a large magnet assembly. If the D230 x 30 mm magnet were made as a 30mm thick rectangular element in N38 what would be the largest side length? Would 200 x 200mm x 30mm in N38 be possible?

  Large Block Neodymium Magnet with Hole

  The magnets D230x30mm are made from a cylinder shaped blank.
  200x200x30mm is too wide to be produced.
  In N38 grade material, the largest rectangular magnets we can make is 200x30x30mm.
   
• Can you arrange air freight if required?
• Yes, we can arrange air freight if required. But the gross weight will be very heavy because too many iron sheets will be used in the packaging to isolate the magnetism of such large and strong magnets.
• How long is the production time?
• It is around 24~28 days to customize such large neodymium magnets.
