Single side magnet is a kind of neodymium magnetic assembly with strong magnetism on one side but much weaker on the other side. 1. Material: It has a close relationship with the choice of materials, the thickness, and the space between the permanent magnet and the materials. Pure iron leak magnetism easily, but the refraction will be increased after special treatment. However, 100% of shielding materials haven't been worked out presently.
2. The Angle: according to the principle of refraction, the effect of arc material is the best, while the refraction loss of right angle material is relatively bigger.
3. Space: the lines of magnetic force in the air like mobile phone signal, needs a space to reflect.
If the flashlight lamp is completely wrapped in the pot, the use effect is not good, because a large number of light refraction is wasted.
How to use the above principle and make the effect of magnetic strengthen to the best is an issue to choose the best between many parameters. In this way, the production cost will be greatly reduced in the industries of packaging and bags.
