NdFeB Permanent Magnet Ring for Magnetron Sputtering Source
Inquire Permanent Magnet for Magnetron Sputtering Source:
I'm from Germany. We are looking for some strong ring magnets for our magnetron sputtering source. The outside diameter should be min. ***-max. ***mm, the inside diameter around ***mm and the height max. ***mm. The magnet should be water and temperature resistant until 150-200°C. Do you have such magnets on offer?

Looking for Strongest Permanent Magnet – Neodymium Magnet Material:
The material of the magnet is random. Important is that the magnet is very strong, so it can hold more than 40kg. My current magnets are bar magnets (NdFeB) with a holding force of 4.4kg and I'm using 10 of them as a ring magnet. But their magnetic field isn't very homogeneous.
The plating should be water resistant and it should be possible to glue it with epoxy adhesive.
The magnet should be magnetized and the direction should be like the sketch in the attachment.

The holding force of ring magnets is very difficult to calculate.
The exact force can only be tested by you in actual application.
