I'm working on a project that requires a Nema 34 stepper motor to be altered to accommodate a ***mm hollow shaft through it. The main problem is the permanent magnet's ID is too small.


The dimensions we need are approximately **mm OD x **mm ID x **mm Wide.
If you can't help... then can you give us a contact of someone who can?
I assume that they are Neodymium magnets... but please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
If we are successful with this project, then we would order reasonable quantities.

Looking for Strongest Permanent Magnet – Neodymium Magnet Material:
The material of the magnet is random. Important is that the magnet is very strong, so it can hold more than 40kg. My current magnets are bar magnets (NdFeB) with a holding force of 4.4kg and I'm using 10 of them as a ring magnet. But their magnetic field isn't very homogeneous.
The plating should be water resistant and it should be possible to glue it with epoxy adhesive.
The magnet should be magnetized and the direction should be like the sketch in the attachment.

Using 4pcs 1/4 disc / arc magnets to form a disc or ring magnet with 4 poles through diameter: 
N40 is one of the grades of Sintered NdFeB permanent magnetic material.
Actually, the mentioned magnetization direction is not workable for both Sintered neodymium disc magnets and ring magnets.
Probably you can only use 4pcs 1/4 disc or 4pcs arc magnets with 90°to form a disc or ring magnet if it's possible for you.
