China Rare Earth Magnet Limited produces two kinds of hot extrusion NdFeB magnets: hot extrusion of isotropic neodymium magnets (MQ2) and hot extrusion of anisotropic magnets (MQ3).
Hot-pressing isotropic NdFeB magnet is isotropic magnet by compacting rapid quenching neodymium iron boron magnetic powder at high temperature.
Hot extrusion anisotropic NdFeB magnet is mainly the radiation orientation of annular magnet, which is made by rapid quenching neodymium permanent magnet powder compacted and extrusion deformed under high temperature.
Features:
1. High magnetic strength, the maximum magnetic energy of radial orientated magnet ring can reach 240 ~ 360 kj/m3.
2. The magnetism of ring magnets across radial orientation, the magnetism is uniform, making the motor run quiet, the torque output is smooth
3. The high heat resistance, the maximum operating temperature can reach 180 ℃.
4. The magnetization poles and magnetic declination are not to be scheduled in the magnet forming process, can be made by changing and designing magnetization coil.
5. The magnetization waveform of the ring magnets can be magnetized as rectangle waveform and other special magnetization waveform according to the user’s requirements.
6. Multi-poles and poles deflection of ring magnets can be realized without assembling, which enables the assembly of motors conveniently.
7. The ring magnet is built in nanocrystalline structure, high density, and has excellent corrosion resistance with epoxy electrophoretic coating
8. The thickness of Epoxy electrophoretic coating can reach 20-35 microns.
9. Hot extrusion anisotropic rare earth permanent magnet ring with radiation orientation is mainly used in EPS motor, servo motor, electric tools, and all kinds of dc motors, etc.
