Commonly, bonded neodymium magnets are made of NdFeB powder and epoxy resin. Also, they can be molded and extruded with plastic. They have the following characteristics.

Bonded neodymium magnets are mainly used in various kinds of micro permanent magnet motors, including spindle motors, stepping motors, synchronous motors, direct current motors and DC brushless motors. They can partly take place of neodymium magnets and ferrite magnets, which makes assembly process simpler, cheaper, more reliable and more efficient.
