Seeing you have something similar, I thought you could as well produce my demand, using the size in the trapezoid image I sent you, make the outer end and inner end curves which would form a ring when 12 pieces are fitted.
1. 12 pieces make a circle
2. Magnetized through thickness (N and S are on the wide area)
3. Pull force 20Kg - 30Kg
4. Handle up to 100 - 150 Degrees Celsius
We expect the two poles to have same strength as both poles will be working.
The custom magnets are to be used in high precision axial alternators for power generation (wind, steam or water etc.)

There is slim possibility that they have exactly the same strength of the two poles.
If necessary, we can send you test report and demagnetized cure of the samples by mail after production.

How ever we need to see your chart which shows your magnet classifications and their properties/nomenclature and the maximum operable temperature in Degrees Celsius.
Your test results etc would also be highly appreciated if made available.

Neodymium Trapezoid Magnets:
Magnets range from N38SH, N40SH or N42SH will be used to accommodate heating especially during the dry seasons.
We would like to see quotes, shipping cost and chart with working temperatures (Just as the one sent for the N52) for the classes listed above.
The arc angle is 24 degrees with off cuts.
