We are using this magnet in a medical device (intravascular catheter).  As I mentioned earlier, the outer surface must be plated with pure gold (10 micron), all surfaces must be plated in gold, not just the OD surfaces.  The surface quality needs to be very smooth and clean, as this device will be in contact with patients.

The ring magnet of ***inch outside diameter, *** inch inside diameter, and *** inch length size is too large, and the length is too long to produce and magnetize.
Normally, the limitation of the length for magnetization is less than 2 inch.
Please could you revise the dimension of this ring magnet? 

Shortened the Length:
So would an OD of 5.22 still be too large if we shortened the length to 2 inches? If it is not too big could you quote the attached magnets?
