I attached drawing sets for permanent magnet assemblies and respective components that we would like you to supply. Specific assembly instructions are also mentioned in the top level assemblies.

Please see below points regarding our expectation for quality control:
Material certification
Supplier to provide mill certificates of all raw material used to manufacture parts prior to manufacture so we can pre-approve.
Manufactured parts to be within Dimensional tolerance as specified in drawings.
Supplier to submit a dimensional inspection report of each part (16off) for approval before magnet installation to be carried out.

Magnet Assembly instructions
Each assembly drawing specify the use of Permabond TA435 with Initiator 41. This cannot be substituted.
Any neodymium permanent magnets  damaged during installation must be properly removed and replaced with new magnets.

NdFeB Magnetic Assembly Manufacturer China Rare Earth Magnet Limited:
Regarding material, the requested steel material specified in your drawing is AISI 4130/4140/4145, enclosed please check a material certification of Chinese equivalent material 35CrMo.

Manufactured parts will be all within dimensional tolerance as specified in your drawing.
Dimensional test report will be offered before shipment.

Assembling process will conforms to instructions specified in the drawing with the use of permabond TA435 with initiator 41, NO substitute.
