Technical Questions on Neodymium Arc Magnets:

We are happy to have found a good magnet manufacturer.
I have some questions about custom permanent magnets:
Custom "arc segment" shape sintered NdFeB magnets that are magnetized "through thickness" at 0.8mm. We would like to reduce the thickness even more to 0.4mm. Is it possible to make these magnets that thin?
Is N54 the strongest grade you have available for your custom sintered neodymium magnets? 
Does the choice of magnet coating make any significant difference to the magnetic strength of very thin magnets, such as the ones we are requesting?

NdFeB Magnets   Manufacturer China Rare Earth Magnet Limited:
Arc magnet with thickness 0.4mm is ok. By the way, the grade N54 is still not available for now. N52 permanent magnet is the strongest now.
Our technician informed the magnet coating will not make significant difference to the magnetic strength of this thickness 0.4mm magnet.
